FACULTY LEARNING COMMUNITIES
Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) are semester-length cohorts that complete an in-depth study of a specific topic. FLCs provide an option for advancement through stages that correspond to the Experiential Learning model. The time commitment for FLCs is about 25 hours per phase.
