UNIVERSAL DESIGN FOR LEARNING
Universal Design for Learning refers to the practice of ensuring that all students have equal access to course materials and activities, thus allowing them to complete course objectives and outcomes.
In the online environment at SFA, UDL incorporates the Principles of Good Practice (PoGP). Whether for an online course or as digital materials for a face-to-face or hybrid course, instructional materials must be accessible to students with and without accessibility needs. The Center for Teaching & Learning provides assistance to faculty to create online learning experiences and resources that are accessible to all students.
